The Canine Threads bandanas feature a curved neck style with arm tie ons to ensure a flat lay on your pet each time, and are finished off with vegan leather tags.
Due to the handmade nature of each bandana, design placement of patterns may vary slightly.
Shipping:
Orders ship within 5-7 business days.
Please keep in mind these timeframes are from when the order was placed up until it ships. As each item is handmade, delays can occur, but we do try to stay as true as possible to our said timeframes.
Returns:
Since our products are made to order specifically for you, we DO NOT accept returns. For sized products like collars and bandanas, please measure your pets neck to ensure proper size before ordering.
Bandanas:
Spot clean or machine wash on cold and lay flat to completely air dry. (Do not use bleach!)
Iron as needed once dry. DO NOT iron directly on personalization or tags.
Biothane:
Hand wash with soap and water.
After use in salt water, it is recommended to rinse off all hardware with fresh water to avoid any tarnishing.
Apparel:
Machine wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle. Dry on a low tumble setting or hang dry. DO NOT iron directly on personalization.
Glassware:
Hand wash ONLY, making sure to not scrub harshly.
Glass straws ARE dishwasher safe, but cup/lid are NOT.
