Due to all products being made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that any measurements of your pet are as accurate as possible before placing your order to avoid any sizing errors.

Once orders are fulfilled and handed to the post office, we no longer have control over what happens en route to your destination. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has left our facility. It is your responsibility to get in touch with the carrier regarding your package.
