All collars are made to order, using your choice of 3/4" or 1" Standard Biothane material. Water, adventure, snow, and odor proof!
Every collar order includes our branded, reusable cotton bags to store your collars in.
Since our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns. Please view the size chart and measure your pets neck to ensure proper size before ordering.
*Our black hardware has a PVD finish which produces an extremely durable finish to prevent scratching and chipping, providing it a longer lifespan*

Please keep in mind these timeframes are from when the order was placed up until it ships. As each item is handmade, delays can occur, but we do try to stay as true as possible to our said timeframes.
Returns:
Since our products are made to order specifically for you, we DO NOT accept returns. For sized products like collars and bandanas, please measure your pets neck to ensure proper size before ordering.
Bandanas:
Spot clean or machine wash on cold and lay flat to completely air dry. (Do not use bleach!)
Iron as needed once dry. DO NOT iron directly on personalization or tags.
Biothane:
Hand wash with soap and water.
After use in salt water, it is recommended to rinse off all hardware with fresh water to avoid any tarnishing.
Apparel:
Machine wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle. Dry on a low tumble setting or hang dry. DO NOT iron directly on personalization.
Glassware:
Hand wash ONLY, making sure to not scrub harshly.
Glass straws ARE dishwasher safe, but cup/lid are NOT.
