Please keep in mind these timeframes are from when the order was placed up until it ships. As each item is handmade, delays can occur, but we do try to stay as true as possible to our said timeframes.

Returns:
Since products are made to order, we DO NOT accept returns. For sized products like collars and bandanas, please measure your pets neck to ensure proper size before ordering.

Bandanas:
Spot clean or machine wash on cold. Dry on a delicate cycle or air dry.
Iron as needed once dry. DO NOT iron directly on personalization or tags.

Biothane:
Hand wash with soap and water. Be sure to towel dry completely.
After use in salt water, it is recommended to rinse off all hardware with fresh water to avoid any tarnishing.
